CHBO Drums wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
If you need to return an item, contact us so we can give you a return authorization number for your return. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge and upon our inspection, if your item is found to be defective we will reimburse you for the shipping charge, equivalent to UPS ground.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, if you return item within 14 days of receiving your item, with original packaging, we are happy to reimburse your sales price, as store credit.
However, if your item was actually received damaged or defective, we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to determine if there was damage or that product was defective.
All returns are inspected upon our receipt. If we determine that item has been abused, or damaged, we will apply a 20% restocking fee before issuing the store credit for said item.
